Director of SE "IOC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" Tetyana Homosh held a working meeting with Olga Altunina - Representative of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for the protection of the rights of persons who suffered as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine.
They discussed problematic issues related to the appointment and payment of assistance to internally displaced persons, including those who have moved several times.
Currently, the team of the IOC of the SE "IOC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" together with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation is working on the development of additional services that will make it possible to simplify the registration of internally displaced persons who have changed their place of residence and moved again.
We are also developing an information search system of the Unified Information Database on Internally Displaced Persons. This system will provide an opportunity to:
📍formation of a dynamic individual set of parameters for the formation of analytics and reporting on the IDP database.
📍 search according to the specified parameters, in particular, places of residence of IDPs.
📍opening access to the information search system to users at the central, regional and local levels.
Based on the results of the meeting, we decided to strengthen the interaction with the Office of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights, to quickly resolve problematic issues and effectively protect the rights of internally displaced persons.

In accordance with the charter of the state enterprise "Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (additionally - the Enterprise is a state enterprise engaged in economic (commercial) activities, available in the development and implementation of applied software products,providing services for the production of data using the applied software, etc. On performance of respective business contracts (in particular, but not implemented with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as customers under such contracts), the Enterprise develops software which customers use for execution/implementation of tasks assigned to it by the legislation of Ukraine which requires collection/processing of certain information/personal data (using such software).
