Tetiana Khomosh, Director of the State Enterprise "ICC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" took part in a working meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Social Policy, Deputy Chairman of the International Trade Council and representatives international organizations willing to support Ukraine.
At the meeting, issues of cooperation regarding social protection of the population, development of the eDopomoga platform and support for the State Enterprise ICC were discussed.
"Attracting international support is a priority for us, because today millions of Ukrainians have been forced to change their place of residence, left without housing, work or means of livelihood.
We continue to make efforts to attract international organizations that are ready, on the basis of memoranda with the Ministry of Social Policy, to make payments of targeted cash assistance to Ukrainians who have left appeals on the platform.
We are also working to increase the number of private benefactors from all over the world who support Ukrainians with certificates for medicine, food and fuel on the eDopomoga online platform," said Kostiantyn Koshelenko.
The Deputy Minister also emphasized the need for technical and financial support of the State Enterprise ICC of the Ministry of Social Policy, because the enterprise ensures the uninterrupted functioning of software in the social sphere.
For his part, Tristan Evans congratulated the representatives of the Ministry of Social Policy and SE ICC on receiving the International Trade Council’s Go Global Awards 2022 in the nomination "Technological Innovation of the Year" and presented personal awards to the representatives of the eDopomoga platform.

In accordance with the charter of the state enterprise "Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (additionally - the Enterprise is a state enterprise engaged in economic (commercial) activities, available in the development and implementation of applied software products,providing services for the production of data using the applied software, etc. On performance of respective business contracts (in particular, but not implemented with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as customers under such contracts), the Enterprise develops software which customers use for execution/implementation of tasks assigned to it by the legislation of Ukraine which requires collection/processing of certain information/personal data (using such software).
It should be noted that in this case the Enterprise is not the owner and/or manager of this information/personal data, and therefore has no legal basis for providing it. We would like to draw your attention that according to Part 2 of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", personal data other than non-personal data are data with limited access.
