💫 Results of the year of digital indomitability!
2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ year was difficult for each of us. But we persevered and proved to everyone that we are not so easy to break!
Despite all the challenges of wartime, the ICC the Ministry of Social Policy State Enterprise continues to digitize the social sphere.
🏆 Our team wants to share with you the main achievements of the enterprise in 2022:
👨🏻💻 Starting from March of this year, we are calculating and paying social benefits instead of 1️⃣0️⃣3️⃣ Administration of social protection of the population, which ended up in temporary occupation. 🪖During the year, we calculated aids, benefits and subsidies for more than $191 million.
🖥️ We created a software that made it possible to centralize the payment of housing assistance to IDPs after the start of a full-scale invasion. Thanks to this, more than $1.5 billion in aid from the state budget of Ukraine was paid to internally displaced persons.
📲 Together with the The Ministry of Digital Transformation, this year we developed and launched a service that allowed an internally displaced person to register and apply for assistance online, through the Diia application, without leaving home. More than 1.4 million people used this service.
🕊️ Together with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, we created the eDopomoga platform, thanks to which more than 2 million people received financial assistance from international organizations, and more than 11 thousand families received targeted assistance for food, medicine, fuel.
👥 We have created an eDopomoga contact center at the ICC of the Ministry of Social Policy SE, where everyone can get detailed answers to questions about using the platform.
🇺🇦 Together with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, we implemented the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UISSS) across the entire territory of Ukraine in terms of accommodation assistance for IDPs, which made it possible to significantly speed up the receipt of payments and simplified the work of employees of social protection agencies. Since October of this year, thanks to UISSS, more than $328 million has been paid out in housing assistance for IDPs.
💻 We implemented modern software, which allowed comprehensive protection of information and personal data from cyber attacks in the information systems and registers of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
📠 We have created an online service portal for users of systems and registers of the Ministry of Social Policy. From now on, you can leave a request or message online, and our technical and legal support service will process your request and provide an answer online.

Information and Computing Center of the Ministry ofSocial Policy of Ukraine" State Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise), located in Kiev, is the only Enterprise, which performs an important function of software and technological support of the social welfare bodies all over Ukraine.Employees of the Enterprise, daily risking their lives conscientiously perform their duties despite the fact that Kyiv is under constant missile attacks. Owing to the work of the Enterprise, millions of Ukrainians receive social payments, allowances and benefits every day.

In accordance with the charter of the state enterprise "Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (additionally - the Enterprise is a state enterprise engaged in economic (commercial) activities, available in the development and implementation of applied software products,providing services for the production of data using the applied software, etc. On performance of respective business contracts (in particular, but not implemented with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as customers under such contracts), the Enterprise develops software which customers use for execution/implementation of tasks assigned to it by the legislation of Ukraine which requires collection/processing of certain information/personal data (using such software).
It should be noted that in this case the Enterprise is not the owner and/or manager of this information/personal data, and therefore has no legal basis for providing it. We would like to draw your attention that according to Part 2 of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", personal data other than non-personal data are data with limited access.
In Part 2 of Art. 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Information", any information is open, except for the one classified by law as restricted compared to the provisions of Article 21 "On Information" is confidential information with limited access, secret and proprietary information.
Thus, confidential information means information about an individual, as well as restricted information about an individual or a legal entity, except the subjects of the authorities.
