Who are social service providers? 

Social service providers are legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who meet the Criteria for the activities of social service providers and are included in the section "Social service providers" of the Register of social service providers and recipients. 

Social service providers may belong to the state, municipal or non-governmental sectors.

They have the right to create:

1. specialized institutions and facilities for the provision of social services rehabilitation institutions and facilities; 

2. day care, temporary or permanent residential facilities, territorial centers of social services (provision of social services), centers of social services for families, children and youth 

3. centers for the provision of comprehensive social services, etc. 

Standard regulations on specialized institutions and facilities for the provision of social services are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
