- Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov spoke about the achievements of digital Ukraine and emphasized that today Diia is an ecosystem of services covering all spheres of Ukrainian life, from documents for newborns to support for the development of their own business. Ukrainians can use digital documents right on their smartphones, apply for marriage online, pay taxes in two clicks, and more. These achievements have already become a reality for millions of Ukrainians.
In addition, Mykhailo Fedorov noted that Diia actively cooperates with the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere of Ukraine. The combination of these two systems allows citizens to get convenient access to social services through Diia.
The cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine enhances digital opportunities for citizens and contributes to the improvement of the social sphere of Ukraine. This is another step towards more efficient and convenient provision of social services to citizens.
Ukraine is now experiencing its worst ordeal in its entire independence: a full-scale war by the Russian Federation that has resulted in deaths,injuries, and mass displacement of civiliansacross the country and into neighboring countries. Millions of Ukrainiansare left without shelter, money, clothing, food and other basic necessities.

In accordance with the charter of the state enterprise "Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (additionally - the Enterprise is a state enterprise engaged in economic (commercial) activities, available in the development and implementation of applied software products,providing services for the production of data using the applied software, etc. On performance of respective business contracts (in particular, but not implemented with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as customers under such contracts), the Enterprise develops software which customers use for execution/implementation of tasks assigned to it by the legislation of Ukraine which requires collection/processing of certain information/personal data (using such software).
It should be noted that in this case the Enterprise is not the owner and/or manager of this information/personal data, and therefore has no legal basis for providing it. We would like to draw your attention that according to Part 2 of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", personal data other than non-personal data are data with limited access.
In Part 2 of Art. 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Information", any information is open, except for the one classified by law as restricted compared to the provisions of Article 21 "On Information" is confidential information with limited access, secret and proprietary information.
