Information and Computing Center of the Ministry ofSocial Policy of Ukraine" State Enterprise (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise), located in Kiev, is the only Enterprise, which performs an important function of software and technological support of the social welfare bodies all over Ukraine.Employees of the Enterprise, daily risking their lives conscientiously perform their duties despite the fact that Kyiv is under constant missile attacks. Owing to the work of the Enterprise, millions of Ukrainians receive social payments, allowances and benefits every day.

In accordance with the charter of the state enterprise "Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (additionally - the Enterprise is a state enterprise engaged in economic (commercial) activities, available in the development and implementation of applied software products,providing services for the production of data using the applied software, etc. On performance of respective business contracts (in particular, but not implemented with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as customers under such contracts), the Enterprise develops software which customers use for execution/implementation of tasks assigned to it by the legislation of Ukraine which requires collection/processing of certain information/personal data (using such software).
It should be noted that in this case the Enterprise is not the owner and/or manager of this information/personal data, and therefore has no legal basis for providing it. We would like to draw your attention that according to Part 2 of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", personal data other than non-personal data are data with limited access.
In Part 2 of Art. 20 of the Law of Ukraine "On Information", any information is open, except for the one classified by law as restricted compared to the provisions of Article 21 "On Information" is confidential information with limited access, secret and proprietary information.
Thus, confidential information means information about an individual, as well as restricted information about an individual or a legal entity, except the subjects of the authorities. Confidential information can be disclosed at will (by consent) of the respective person in a manner determined by him/her in accordance with stipulated conditions, as well as in other cases determined by law.
To obtain information about an individual and/or other information, it isnecessary to contact the owners and/or disposers of such information. At the same time, we inform you that the Enterprise does not provide citizens and legal entities with consulting services and the results of personal data processing in the software developed by the Enterprise, which is somehow related to personal data or excluded with restricted access.
