Today, May 24, a working trip took place with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the SE IOC of the Ministry of Social Policy to Zhytomyr in order to check the status of the implementation of the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (hereinafter - EISSS) in the Zhytomyr region.
The participants of the meeting visited the "Transparent Office" TsNAP, got acquainted with the procedure for receiving citizens, processing documents for the appointment of various types of benefits and processing them in the system. A working meeting was also held on the topic: "Implementation of the EISSS system - ways to solve problematic issues" in the Department of Social Policy of the Zhytomyr City Council
At the meeting, ways of solving problematic issues of improving the process of social services for citizens in Zhytomyr region and implementing 6 benefits in the EISSS were discussed, namely: - benefits for children who are under guardianship or guardianship; - for children suffering from serious diseases who have not been diagnosed with a disability; - when adopting a child; - low-income families; - for children of single mothers; - persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities.
Representatives of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine are actively cooperating with related structures and local authorities in order to improve the EISSS and solve problematic issues arising in the process of its implementation. Through the digital transformation of social services, we will not only improve the level of social security for citizens, but also facilitate the work of employees of social protection agencies.
Ukraine is now experiencing its worst ordeal in its entire independence: a full-scale war by the Russian Federation that has resulted in deaths,injuries, and mass displacement of civiliansacross the country and into neighboring countries. Millions of Ukrainiansare left without shelter, money, clothing, food and other basic necessities.
However, Ukraine and the world do not leave them alone with their grief.Humanitarian aid actively comes from domestic and foreign donors, and the state continues to provide Ukrainians with benefits and state social allowances on an ongoing basis.

In accordance with the charter of the state enterprise "Information and Computer Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" (additionally - the Enterprise is a state enterprise engaged in economic (commercial) activities, available in the development and implementation of applied software products,providing services for the production of data using the applied software, etc. On performance of respective business contracts (in particular, but not implemented with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, as customers under such contracts), the Enterprise develops software which customers use for execution/implementation of tasks assigned to it by the legislation of Ukraine which requires collection/processing of certain information/personal data (using such software).
