"I do what I love and try to be as useful as possible." Alina Kyrylichenko about working with system users at the State Enterprise "IOC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine"

Today we would like to introduce you to Alina Kirilichenko, a fragile girl who is engaged in improving the processing of appeals from the Social Protection Departments and the Help Desk portal.

- Alina, you are a part of a complex mechanism that has been digitizing the social sphere for over 40 years. Everyone at the company makes a great contribution to improving the lives of citizens. What is the most important thing in your work?

The most important thing in my work is that due to the establishment of feedback between the enterprise and system users, the number of requests on the Help Desk portal has decreased. From now on, users of the EIISS software receive timely consultations and have the opportunity to see answers to popular questions in the telegram channel of the SE IOC of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine at the link:

- What do you like most about your job?

Most of all, I like the fact that I am part of a large team that develops, implements and maintains updated software for social services. The world is changing very fast, so we have to move towards improving our services.

- What do you do in your free time?

I devote a lot of time to the comprehensive development of my personality, so I attend various courses on free education portals. Examples of such portals are the Kyiv Educational Hub, EdEra, and others.
